The Matter With Duo

Duo ran down the street as fast as he could. He fell a couple of times, barely 
noticing as he skinned both knees and elbows. The thing followed close behind, 
relentlessly pursuing him. It had no clear shape that Duo could make out.

The safe house loomed ahead, growing larger and larger as Duo neared the front 
door. His hand reached out for the knob, just as the creature's tentacles 
reached out and grabbed him, holding him there, his fingertips touching the 
doorknob.

Tentacles wrapped around Duo's head and face, covering his mouth, and suddenly 
there was a blinding pain as Duo was penetrated by the monster's painfully huge 
erection. It rammed into him, over and over, each thrust stretching and tearing 
the Shinigami pilot until the monster howled in triumph and came into Duo's 
inner depths.

Duo's mind was filled with a strange vision as the monster came inside of him. 
The monster was sending it, he had no doubt. Horror filled his mind even as the 
monster filled his body. Then, it was pulling out and moving away from Duo, 
leaving him there on the doorstep of the safe house.

Duo, sobbing and shaking, forced himself to stand and staggered into the safe 
house. "Heero, please?" he begged. "Please, you have to kill me."

"Duo?!" the others gasped, not quite in unison.

"Please, oh God, Heero, please kill me." Duo begged. "You have to kill me before 
it comes."

"Duo, what the hell are you talking about?" Heero demanded.

Duo dragged Heero to the window and pointed at the departing monstrosity. "That 
thing raped me, Heero." he wailed. "It got me pregnant, somehow. Please, for the 
sake of the world, Heero, you have to kill me before I have this baby!"

Heero aimed his gun, and pulled back slowly on the trigger...

...then stopped.

"Heero!" Duo pleaded. "Please?! Please do it! The world will die if you don't 
kill me!"

Heero let the gun fall to the floor, and walked out of the room.

Defeated, resigning himself to his fate, Duo sank to the floor and wept.

Quatre took Duo into his arms, stroking his back as he kissed the Shinigami 
pilot's chestnut locks. "Forgive me, Duo." he whispered...

... as he snapped Duo's neck.
